Leadership Team
Leadership Team
The Leadership Team is the governing body of the Church.
The Leadership Team is made up of 10-12 persons with spiritual gifts of Leadership, Administration, Discernment, Faith, and Wisdom. The responsibility of the Leadership Team is to oversee and make decisions affecting the operations and policies of the church, focus the church on its mission, increase accountability within the leadership of the church, and make the church more nimble, freeing people for ministry.
