JULY 5-8- Our Youth Mission Trip to our Midwest Distribution Center in Chatham, Ill.
This is where the Methodist Church packs relief packages that are sent to countries after natural disasters occur (earth quakes, hurricanes, etc)Our Youth hopes to cover the cost with fundraising.
Mexican House Building(no date at this time for their next trip)
On this trip we will be working with a small church in Progresso that is building a safe house/temporary orphange for homeless or unwanted children. The exterior of the the building is finished but they need doors and windows to enclose the building. After that, we will laying tile on the floors and, if we get that far, installing bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
